Winter Cries
Tears of ice
They fall and slice
The leaves of green so precious
Drops of snow
They fall and glow
On flowers oh so luscious
Frozen ponds
The sun is gone
Retreating from the winter
Watch the clouds
They float so proud
And shape into a splinter
Winter cries
And mother dies
Freezing weather fever
Its hard to say
But I must stay
Dear winter, I cant leave her.
